For authorised TVibe operators

Project mail.
With context.

TVibe Mail Service connects an authorised Gmail mailbox with our translation project workflow, helping the team identify assignments, follow project messages and send operational updates.

How the service worksMail → Project → Team
  1. Receive the message

The local service checks for new mail and saves a record so interrupted work can be recovered.

  2. Find the project context

Assignment details are matched to the relevant PMS task. Authorised AI assistance can help review project information.

  3. Keep the team informed

Send authorised completion notices, approval requests and fault alerts, with a record of what was sent.

Operated by TVibe Corporation LimitedDesktop application · Google-authorised mailbox access

A clear purpose for
every permission.

Mailbox access is granted through Google’s consent screen. The service requests read access and permission to send mail for the connected account.

Read access

Understand incoming work

Read messages, headers and available attachment content to recognise assignments, project updates and replies. Synced originals are kept in the local mail archive for processing and recovery.

Send access

Communicate authorised updates

Send task-related notifications and operational alerts from the connected mailbox. Sending permission does not grant permission to delete messages or change mailbox labels.

Access stays under
your control.

The worker runs on an authorised TVibe computer. This public website explains the service; it does not connect to your mailbox or collect your Google password. You can revoke the app’s access through your Google Account.
