01 The service

TVibe Mail Service is an operational tool provided by TVibe Corporation Limited for authorised business users. It reads a connected Gmail mailbox, identifies project-related messages and supports authorised task coordination, notifications and alerts.

This public website provides information about the service. It does not provide public registration, collect Google credentials or grant access to a TVibe project. The mail worker is a separately configured desktop application.

02 Authority and responsibility

You must have permission to connect the mailbox, process its contents and use the associated project material. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate access to the computer and any connected storage, and for ensuring that the workflow’s recipients, project identifiers and instructions are correct.

Do not connect another person’s mailbox or submit confidential material without the necessary authority. Client ownership and confidentiality obligations continue to apply.

03 Permissions and project actions

The application requests Gmail read and send permissions through Google’s authorisation process. These permissions do not themselves authorise every possible project action. Accepting a job, replying in PMS, translating material or uploading a delivery must remain within the scope authorised by the operator and the applicable project workflow.

Where a delivery requires approval, the approval step must be completed before upload. The presence of an email or project link is not approval to perform unrelated actions. Read the Privacy Policy for details of data access and use.

04 AI assistance and human review

AI-assisted interpretation and project work can contain errors. Authorised personnel remain responsible for reviewing relevant outputs and deciding whether they are suitable for the intended use.

View Notes do not replace full QC. When subtitle work is produced through the wider TVibe workflow, the entire programme requires the agreed quality-control review. View Notes identify selected uncertainties; a Tech Check Report records technical findings.

These terms do not certify any translation, automatically approve a delivery or change a client’s acceptance requirements.

05 Acceptable use

Use the service only for legitimate, authorised project operations. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate another person, gain unauthorised access, bypass approval controls or process material unlawfully. Do not place passwords, OAuth tokens or private project files on this public website.

Google and any other connected service may apply their own account, security and acceptable-use requirements.

06 Availability and limitations

The service depends on the operator’s computer, storage, network and third-party services. Interruptions, expired authorisations, provider restrictions and software faults can delay processing. Recovery and duplicate-prevention controls reduce operational risk but do not guarantee continuous availability or delivery of every message.

The operator should maintain appropriate monitoring, backups and a way to handle work manually when needed. Any service-level commitment must be set out in a separate applicable agreement.

07 Stopping or restricting access

An authorised operator may stop the worker or revoke the app’s access through Google. TVibe may suspend processing when it detects a security concern, uncertain result, incorrect account or use outside the authorised scope.

Stopping access does not automatically remove existing local records, backups or messages previously sent. Data-removal requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

08 Existing agreements, changes and contact

Existing client and service agreements continue to govern project deliverables, confidentiality, payment, intellectual property and any applicable liability arrangements. These terms do not transfer ownership of client content or override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TVibe may update these terms to reflect changes to the service. Material operational or permission changes will be communicated to the authorised operator before they take effect.
